Measurements should be taken directly on your body.
A: Chest: Measure your chest over the fullest part of your bust.
B: Waist: Measure your waist at the narrowest point.The size of the shirts are neck sizes, you can measure your own shirt as following:
1. Wrap a measureing tape tight around the neck directly over the adam's apple.
2. Place one finger under the measuring tape.The amount of centimeters is your neck size.
For men with longer arms, we have sleeve lenght 7.
