You always have the contractual right, without giving reason to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days, provided that the item(s) are returned in good condition.
The revocation period starts from the date your order is delivered. The easiest way to process your right of withdrawal is by filling out the enclosed return form and return this together with articles, ensuring the return address label is used on the package.
You can also contact us in writing (or by email to our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org) within the 30 day period to confirm your right of withdrawal.
Once the right of withdrawal process has been started, we will refund your purchase price, including the default shipping costs as soon as possible – in any event not later than 30 days from the day we receive your decision to terminate the agreement.
For the refund, we use the same payment method you used to make a purchase and there will be no additional charges. We can withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or until you have proved that the goods have been returned.
You must return the goods without undue delay to us, and in any event not later than 30 days from the day you inform us that you want to withdraw from the contract.
